How this course is different

  • Comprehensive Okta engineering journey

Most Okta courses focus on a specific certification or limited product capabilities. This programme goes beyond certification preparation to build complete Okta engineering capability — from IAM foundations to advanced Okta, identity security, and AI + Identity.

  • AI-native curriculum

Two dedicated modules cover AI identity, Shadow AI, NHI governance, AI access controls, agentic identity, and ID-JAG/token exchange.

  • Four capstone projects

Scenario-driven projects cover enterprise transformation, breach investigation, AI governance, and agentic identity. You can also bring a project from your workplace or your own project idea and work on it with instructor guidance.

  • Weekly practitioner mentorship

2 hours of dedicated mentorship every week, outside the 50-hour training. Flexible weekday and weekend slots let participants book an individual slot to discuss architecture, projects, career goals, or IAM challenges.

  • IAM + AI Reality sessions

10 additional hours of expert-led sessions cover real-world identity breaches, AI/ML concepts and their application to IAM, and the architecture of an IAM Risk Engine.

  • Hands-on NHI governance

Build practical NHI discovery, registry, lifecycle, and credential-control concepts inside Okta-based scenarios.

  • Reading and interview preparation

Every module comes with reading material, references, objective questions, long-answer questions, and scenario-based questions for interview preparation.

  • Individual mentorship slots

The extra 2 mentorship hours each week can be booked on a weekday or weekend for an individual session on architecture, an office project, or a career discussion.

More than training

IAM professionals grow faster when they learn from each other, share real-world experiences, and solve problems together.

Through these programmes, Ayudra aims to build a practitioner-driven IAM community connecting professionals across SSO and federation, IGA, PAM, identity security, IAM engineering, and AI + Identity — a place to exchange knowledge, discuss architecture, explore emerging challenges, support one another, and grow together.

This is the beginning. More programmes are planned across different areas of IAM, so the community can keep learning, connecting, sharing, and growing.

  1. Learn
  2. Connect
  3. Share
  4. Solve
  5. Grow
